Both translation directions are off, so there is nothing to translate.
How to fix it
- Turn on Translate what I say to let the other side hear you in their language.
- Turn on Translate what I hear to hear them in yours.
- Press Start.

In the app, open the menu and choose Run diagnostics, then Copy results, and email them to hello@foniks.ai.
